MVHR Systems Designed Around Your Property
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery, commonly known as MVHR, provides controlled ventilation throughout your property. Stale, humid air is extracted from rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms, while fresh, filtered air is supplied to living rooms and bedrooms.
Before the extracted air leaves the property, its heat is transferred to the incoming fresh air. This helps reduce heat loss while maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures and good air quality.

How It Works
Property Assessment
We assess the property layout, occupancy, insulation and available installation space. We also consider suitable positions for the MVHR unit, ductwork, intake and exhaust terminals.
System Design
We design the system around the required airflow rates for each room. This includes selecting the equipment, planning the ductwork routes and positioning supply and extract vents to achieve balanced ventilation.
Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers install the MVHR unit, ductwork, controls and ventilation terminals before testing and balancing the completed system. We will explain how it operates and provide guidance on everyday use and maintenance.
